Great Antique Gilded Dresser Box with Guilloche Top:

This antique dresser box is a perfect place for some special gems. The top is a large guilloche oval with black enameled corners. The ground under the enamel is engraved with a beautiful pattern of concentric circles. The sides are also gilded, and engraved with a basket weave. The box is lined in wood. The box is unmarked, so it is unclear if the underlying metal is silver or copper. It is however superbly made. Condition is very good, with as only flaw one tiny dimple to the front and some wear consistent with age.Measurements are: 4 3/4" by 3 1/4" and 1 7/8" tall.
