This is rare GAR delegate badge from the 46th National Encampment held in Los Angeles, CA in 1912. The backing ribbon is in extremely fragile condition and I will try to pack it very carefully so as not to damage it any more than it is as shown. There were only 649 delegates to this Encampment and it took quite a while to add this one to my collection. The metal parts of the badge are in excellent condition save some patina discoloration. This would be an excellent addition to your collection.
