This is constructed of brass and is an unusedstocknagel in Mint condition.This mount is to be affixed on a walking stick with two nails to show the places that people had visited. These are called either pins, mounts, shields, stocknagel, plakatten, medallionsor badges and do the same thing as lapel or hat pins, they tell everyone where you have been and what you have seen.
