(Elmer) Williams, Los Angeles, California. is written on one of the tool scales. This pocket multi-tool has a 2\" main drop point blade and 3 additional tools: scissors, straight slot screw driver, and nail file. Scales are yellow-gold faux mother-of-pearl (plastic). Tool is functioning well, but the scissors is missing the spring. The blades are showing some tarnishing or light corrosion. The lettering on the scale is good. Nice tool overall!
