Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage tearing around the one staple and the cover is detached from the other one it\'s a bit dirty dusty or musty as to be expected from an item that is more than 50 years old the spine is split a third of the way and other defects. I would call it around a 1.8 gd- out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
