• Franz Porcelain is FDA approved food safe. They are all functional items.
• Due to the delicate designs of Franz Porcelain, we do not recommend cleaning Franz products in a dishwasher.
• Wash carefully by hand with mild soap and warm water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
• Considering the size and the complicated 3D sculpture of our products, we DO NOT recommend Microwave use.

OK, so the United States Postal Service has included INSURANCE for every item shipped PRIORITY. Therefore, since I ship all DOMESTIC items PRIORITY (unless specified differently), all items come with $50 FREE INSURANCE. IF your item/items arrive to you broken, I sincerely apologize, however, you must bring your entire package to your local PO and file a claim with them. This is how it works, since I charge a shipping fee to you & you pay me, YOU are purchasing the insurance for your item. So YOU must file a claim with the PO.
