This is a mid grade item. It will have enough minor defects that it is in clearly worse condition than a brand new freshly published comic, magazine, or book. Allowed defects for this grade include: a spine split of less than half an inch, minor water spotting or other residue, impacted corners, and an accumulation or spine stresses that may break color. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor defects or one or two moderate defects.

Indicia title is \"PORKY PIG and SPOOFY, THE SPOOK, No. 226.\" Porky Pig and Spoofy, the Spook, art by Roger Armstrong; Porky\'s rich Uncle Ham writes that he is sending Porky a \"baby spook\"; Porky decides to rent a haunted house to make the spook feel at home; Widget the midget, an escaped convict, reads about Porky in the newspaper; He disguises himself as a ghost and pretends to be the \"spook\" that Uncle Ham sent. The Roast Gip Recipe, art by Roger Armstrong; Porky is working for the Peachy Keeny Cookbook Company and is sent to the remote island of Pogo-Togo to find the secret recipe for \"Roast Gip.\" Uncle Bacon Comes to Dinner one-page story, art by Gil Turner; Uncle Bacon, the sword swallower, comes to Porky\'s house for dinner. 36 pages, full color.
