This issue features \"The Monster,\" (Script by Jack Oleck & art by Alfredo Alcala) in which a pair of murderers keep encountering a monster, \"They Walk By Night,\" (Script by Jack Oleck & art by William Payne) in which two muggers are haunted by store window mannequins, and \"Clearance Sale,\" (Script by John Jacobson and Steve Skeates & art by Al Bistur) in which Joe keeps finding mysterious occurrences in his job of cleaning up a store before it opens. This issue has a Mike Kaluta splash page.
