In pre owned vintage condition. They have staining, discoloration, tarnishing, rust, dents, oily, dirty, bent, wear and Some ends have been cut. Some of these were used heavily and others were not. Some are bent or chips missing out of them. All normal from age and use. They are old rusty tools.
I actually found them inside of an old man\'s workshop he is 92 years old. He used to own multiple Car dealerships he is now long retired And enjoying life.
