An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor/moderate defects or one or two major defects.

PFC Dawson, straight off a Kansas farm, is thought by the rest of the men to be too wet behind the ears to be useful, until his farming knowledge comes in handy to expose a North Korean ambush in "Hay Seed!" Plus: Tommy Phillips is scared of combat, but when a tank has him trapped in a foxhole with two of his buddies, he loses his fear in "A Question of Guts!"; "Detroit" Thompson's crazy idea helps his platoon that is pinned down by Korean soldiers in "The Kid from Detroit"; and PFC Magee and his sniper rifle pick off Korean soldiers for an advancing patrol in "Pick Them Off First!" Also: 2-page text story "Red Fights Red"! 32 pages, full color.
