This listing is for a Female Sailor Military / Navy? Oar In Uniform Vtg Antique Painted Spelter Statue. It is not signed, but I believe it to be from the United States. I am not sure if it depicts a rower / sailor in some civilian capacity- or they are in an old naval / military uniform. It is nicely detailed and has an ornate brass base piece. It is a good dynamic pose as well, with the uniform rippling in the wind as she shouts something. The hard to find design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor.

It is in good condition, with no major damage. Has some natural aging and light wear to the paint, but no major damage. The oar has been re-glued to the hand & base previously- see photos. It appears to be a vintage repair. Like has been repainted at some point in its life.
