Fantastic contract from Calcutta, India. Numerous signatures and stamps 1906:

Up for sale is a really interesting and scarce contract from India / Calcutta written and signed under the Indian Companies Act. Numerous stamps and signatures. Contract is between The Beligahatta Card Board Company and James Stuart agreeing to supply Card board. Contract created May 15, 1906. There are numerous stamps and signarutes on this large, hand written document.
The piece measures approximately 20 x 12 when folded. The opened document with the sigatures and stamps measures approximately 23 x 23 inches. Overall in good condition. A three inch tear at center right of document where this document was at one point folded. Other small tears and dings at edges. Writing is clear and stamps and signatures are bright.
India and contracts from this period are outside my expertise so please ask questions. I think the photos provide a good picture of this piece.
