Customs clearance can delay a lot the delivery, but we never declare more than 40€ which allow all letters not to be retained by customs. We are not responsible about local delays due to customs clearance.

In case of heavy shipments, +500grams to the USA & Canada, we might offer to the buyer a Flat rate by Fedex which cost around $50-$60,but without any obligation, Fedex delivers in 3 days, USPS or regular post in three weeks... There is a big difference.We have experienced many troubles with USPS delays in delivering items, please be informed that all shipments to the USA takes at least 2 - 3 weeks (sometimes up to 5 weeks !!) to reach customer, it seems unbelievable but the USPS service is very poor, apparently due to many checking when letters enter the country. So don\'t believe estimated transit times, as they are wrong, and take it into consideration, no matter to post a negative response if you don\'t get your items on time, before ask me about, we\'ll check it.
