- Condition: This pen is from an old salesman\'s sample case and is exceptionally clean, very near mint condition. The pen has only very lightest micro-scratches from age. No dents, ding, chips, cracks or damage. Exceptional gold trim with very light micro-scratches. Eversharp, sample number and a logo on the cap. The cap has a little light line of discoloration. The refill for these is no longer made so a small adapter has been installed in the cap, so the pen works perfect with a Schnieder Express 75 or Schmidt 700 ballpoint refill. The pen was not altered or modified at all, just an adapter added. The pen has a new refill and works perfect. An early Eversharp ballpoint you can use!!!
