Paint the downtube "decal" on your Elgin Falcon or Blackhawk. This is a paint mask stencil. Paint through it, then remove. I made this file years ago because I didn't like the crude reproduction water slide decal that was available at the time. I actually ended up using this stencil to apply adhesive for gold-leaf, instead of gold paint. Please look the photos over carefully and ask questions if you have any.
