This is a vintage 1940s ceramic Brush-McCoy white Rabbit cookie jar. It measures 12 inches in height, 8 inches in length, and 8 inches in width.
The bottom of the jar says patenend USA. It is very hard to see, but with the right lighting, you can see there was writing impressed.
There is crazing consistent with the age of the jar.
There are chips on the inside rim of the lid and a small hairline crack on the rim of the jar. There are 2 very small chips on the back of the lid (head) and a small one on the face. These are not very noticeable. There are also some irregularities under the glaze.
This cookie jar is in great shape for its age!!!
