This 4–page article is titled \"Has Ethiopia a Chance?\" by Ignatius Phayre. The piece enumerates the logistical challenges to the Italian forces gathering along the coast of Eritrea. It describes the physical features of Ethiopia that will challenge the Italians. It gives a short description of Addis Ababa and “that grave and cultured little Semite, Haile Selassie” in the bustle of war preparations and acquisition of arms.
