These are Surplus ESS goggle kits that were part of a NATO order and never used, I have over 300 of these kits in stock currently! These are good for Resale in stores, or personal use. ~Get them while they are here, once they are gone, they are gone! ~ Unfortunately, it's very common to see the op drops bottles have leaked over time in storage, staining the speed sleeve. This is the only cosmetic damage that may be present.
