Texaco continues to offer both quality and dependability in the many products available to our loyal customers. This 18th in a series of quality antique BANK vehicles is being offered exclusively by Texaco and should prove to be an excellent addition to your collection.

The MACK AC Bulldog Flatbed Truck was first produced in 1916, and is the source of the famous Mack Bulldog nickname and mascot, due to its stubby-nosed appearance, along with it\'s toughness. A unique design feature of the AC was the radiator\'s positioning behind the engine. The provided better engine accessibility, reduce shock and vibration and also provided heat for the driver in wintertime.

The 1:32 scale die cast replica is modeled after a 1918 model bought by Texaco through Mack\'s Houston, Texas branch. The full-scale truck was originally built as a tractor unit, but was later converted to include a fixed body. The truck is also unique in that it features screened hood panels on the side of the hood, indicating its early vintage. Later AC hoods used side louvers.
