WITH PAPPERS & ORIGINAL BOXDosimeter reader personal ČDL-M3 and ČDL-M4.This device is used to read and practice readings for DL-M3 and DL-M4 radiation dosimeters.A personal dosimeter is a small ampoule in a pen-like housing, the contents of which change color with the radiation received. Using this reader, the dosimeter is read and the differences in doses are compared, thus calculating the amount of radiation received.The set includes a dosimeter reader with a box, 11 standard ampoules for practice and checking, a key for removing the lids from the standard and dosimeter and spare filters.The device is used by opening the dosimeter (or standard) with the enclosed key, inserting the dosimeter housing into the slot on the reader and turning it down so that the ampoule falls into the slot. The filter is stretched and under the light source (best daylight) the color of the dosimeter is compared with the scale in the reader. When the color matches, the dosimeter value is read from the scale ring.
