Rare original antiqueengraving from an 1870s French illustrated journal. It depicts a fierce dog fight between an English Setter and terrier. As they fight a clever little Cairn terrier steals the contested bone.

The print is very large (folio size), measuring approximately 10.5 x 14.5 inches (26.5 x 36.5 cm). The picture area fills about half of the page and measures about9.25 x 7inches, with a Frenchcaption below. The text on the page could easily be trimmed before framing, or hidden under a window mat.

The page is in excellent condition for its age. There is text/photos on the back of the print. See scan for an accurate view of the condition.
