In addition to the U.S. government, N.S. Meyer contracted with many foreign governments within the Western Hemisphere for their insignia needs. These items are NEW old stock cleared from the factory when it was liquidated. All are between 40 and 60 years old, still on their maker cards, and are UNUSED.
Although the regulations still provide for one, I don't think Ecuador has had a Four-Star General (General of the Army) in quite some time. This set dates from the dictatorship era and it is gold.
