This is an awesome pair of rare Desimone king and queen pottery vases signed by the artist. They could possibly be used as candlestick holders or just displayed as unique and whimsical sculptural pieces of art.
The markings may include a date of manufacture, but I am not sure. Based on similar ones on the internet I would guess they were made in the 1990s.
They are 7 6/8 inches high and about 3 inches wide at the base.
I believe one is a king, and one is a queen and resemble the style of MCM and Picasso.
READ- The king has two small chips on his crown, and the queen has one chip inside the lip of her crown. Otherwise they are in nice vintage condition. Please see pictures.
