Made by Denby Bourne Pottery in Derbyshire, England (see photo of stamp/marking that says: "DENBY BOURNE DERBY",) this 1809 English pottery company is still in business today. This antique pottery is 100% intact: No chips or cracks, and the screw-on top, which is also made of pottery, is also 100% intact, still functioning after all these years and no chips or cracks. If you like using antique pottery as decor in your home, or if you collect antique pottery, this is a catch. Salt-glazed, brown and tan/cream color, it is sure to match most vintage decor. It can also be stood up on its unglazed end, where it's marked. 9" long x 5.5" tall. This is a rare find in the U.S. and it's even more rare to find one in good condition.
