DVD Cases (if applicable) may have minor wear and damage from storage. Cases are not guaranteed to arrive without damage, however, DVDs will be in very good - like new condition

International Shipping: I use only s Global Shipping Program to ship internationally due to many problems shipping on my own. I have no control over their charges and they do not offer combined shipping at this time. Payment is due within 2 days after sale close. An 'Unpaid Item' case is automatically opened after that 3 days. If you need more time to pay, just let me know. I am more than happy to accomodate if you communicate.

I make every attempt to ship all packages the following business day, often the same day, after payment is received. Currently, most of the packages ship via USPS and insurance may be included in the shipping charge.

I can not be held accountable for delayed shipments once the carrier has the package. A "Lost Package" claim may be filed 2 weeks after the original expected delivery date per the USPS. Once filed and approved by the USPS, I will be able to issue a refund.

I offer free returns if the item is damaged or grossly misrepresented in the description and/or photos.
