In the event of dissatisfaction over mishandled shipments, please consider sending your response to or USPS, directly.
There\'s a more reliable way to buy from us and that\'s by purchasing 5 or more items, or buying over $20 worth of items. This will automatically upgrade your shipment to USPS Ground Advantage. We\'ve found this shipping method leads to far less frustration for all of us.
We understand there\'s a huge let down when not receiving an item you purchased, however, leaving negative response for us is not going to solve this ongoing issue. The best we can do as sellers is file a postal insurance claim for lost mail or, in the event of an item marked delivered, ask you to open a case with your local post office.
