Daredevil #82 features Daredevil and the Scorpion, im their 1st meeting together. The artwork is done by Gene Colanand cover by Gil Kane. The story, titled "Send For.... The Scorpion!" was written by Gerry Conway and is a key issue read for any fan of superheroes, action, and adventure.

The comic is in good shape for ots age and will come sleeved and boarded for protection. It will also come professionally shipped in a gemeni flash mailer. Orders are usually shipped out on day of purchase if purchased before 4pm or the following day if not.

Please ask questions if your seeking a precise grade, as I do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged through the mail (which it wont from being professionally packaged in the correct packaging). By purchasing this item, you understand that this is a vintage item where there may or may not be flaws that are described in the description section or photographed in the photo section of this listing. It would be extremly time consuming to comb through every single millimeter of a book and list or photograph every single detail (especially if the item is vintage). Therefore, if you are extremely perticular about your books, I encourage you to ask questions beforehand and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have to the best of my ability, or to provide you with more photos to help you in determining a closer and more precise estimated grade.

This section has been added to newer listings of mine due to the 1% of buyers who will purchase a book from me only to then (after making the purchase) find the same book for a better deal afterwards and so they try to comb through the book once it arrives looking for any excuse to return the item and get their money back. That scam will no longer be tolerated with this store.

I have also added this part in for the other 1% of you who are beyond meticulously anal to the point where you're extremely spoiled nature has caused you to lose touch with reality (you know who you are too!). You purchase a book that I haven't even provided a grade for or i havent listed any details in the description section about (as I am not a professional grader and therefor advise customers to make their own assessment by observing photos, asking questions, or seeking additional photos) and, even though I've given it to you for a discounted price, you still find a way to complain about the smallest thing like a micro dot of rust on a staple that takes the hubble telescope in order for someone to even be able to find it and see it. Or it will be checked as good or very good and you will somehow understand this to mean "MINT" condition. Many of these books are vintage and have alot of age on them, there will be flaws!. Now if you recieve a book and there's something like a value stamp cutout of a page or water damage thats soaked through 1/3rd of the book that wasn't photographed or even a half page missing somewhere..... these are very reasonable concerns that need to be addressed, and I can understand those types of concerns; especially if the book wasn't listed as low grade. But from now on, my policy is "As Is" due to the few buyers on here who have ruined it for everyone else. From now on, I am directing new customers to my response section to get an idea of the service I provide incase they are on the fence about making a purchase. Over 1/3rd of my customers are repeat buyers and if you purchase from me you'll see why. And if your an avid collector thinking about making a big purchase, i encourage you to please first ask questions so you know exactly what your getting and transparency can be present. Once you make payment, it's considered yours, unless it becomes damaged through shipping.

I apologize to the other 98% of you whom I love doing business with for adding all of this in and making it seem as though I'm trying to get outve providing refunds. When that's not the case. I don't mind giving someone a refund when it's considered reasonable. But from now on, refunds will only be considered if you've asked questions before purchasing an item and yet the item somehow manages to still arrive in a manner that's unexpected and displeasing to the buyer. However, there may be a 7% restocking fee applied. Also, if there were any free items, giveaways, coupons, or whatever else added in with your order they must all be returned if a refund request gets approved. Whatever free items added in with the order that are not returned with the returned item, the value of the free item(s) will be deducted from the refund total as well. All items must be shipped back in the same way and packaging they were recieved. Any damage done to the gemeni mailer, or if the items are not returned in the same mailer shipped out in and same overall condition as recieved, there will be an additional $3 charge for the price of the gemeni mailer and fragile sticker. If you purchased several items with combined shipping where the orders were placed together in one package, and you want to return only one (or less than the total number of items in the combined order) and the return gets approved, than whatever free items, rewards, gifts, etc that were shipped must also be returned with the purchased item(s) being returned unless otherwise specified in a message due to unique circumstances that dictate the buyer should be awarded the right to keep them.

Repeat loyal customers may be granted extra privileges or exemptions when it comes to returns and refunds depending on their history with us. But you must message me beforehand with details referring to your repeat business with The Collector's Closet in order to be considered for automatic preapproval that doesn't require any investigation or sending of photos and this also allows you to keep whatever free items you may have recieved (if any).
