This is a porcelain elephant bank made by Dansk and designed by Gunnar Cyren of Sweden. This artist lived from 1931-2013 and is an award winning designer. These small banks were made in the 1980’s. This one is in excellent condition and does have the original stopper marked Dansk Japan. There are very few of these out there and this one is really fun in an art deco kinda way!

All of the items that are used, vintage, antique or collectible and will show some signs of use or wear. Unless it is marked New it will usually always have some signs of wear. If you are in doubt as to the condition of the item, please take the time to ask for before you purchase.
