Screen printed on 3/16” thick, dark tinted acrylic. The onlyone available that is screen printed like the original with the properthickness and dark tint. Nothing else compares to this anywhere. Measures 223/8” W by 20 ¼” H Has premask on both sides for protection during shipping.

Had an ink error and a whole bunch with a mustard look, rather than orange. You are buying the one that says NO on it and we have a lot of them. The one with YES on it has the proper color matched orange and is also on our items.These are all brand new screen printed bezels, with dark tint. Premask on both sides. And the proper thickness.

We are known for taking on themost difficult projects and doing it right, regardless of time and cost.Our main product focus is the golden age of arcade games from 1979-1985where approx 95% of arcade artwork was originally screen printed by themanufacturers such as Atari, Bally, Williams, Taito etc... The screenprinting process is very labor intensive and costly and requires one toprint a large qty to keep the costs down. However that means we have avery large amount of inventory. Few of our competitors do screenprinting and the ones that do have a very small catalog. Most of ourcompetitors have chosen the improving inkjet-digital-solvent-next gentechnology. There is still a discernible difference between theprocesses on most pieces. The biggest advantage of their process is theycan click print and have a piece ready within seconds. Little to noinventory.

The screen printing process involves creating anart file from scanning the piece or stitching together high res noncompressed photo images of the piece being reproduced. After the file iscreated and cleaned up with individual color separations a set of filmsis output. One film for each color. Each film is then placed on anexposure box with high intensity light and burns (creates) the imageonto a piece of framed mesh creating a silk screen for that color. Thisprocess is repeated until a screen for each color is made. For example if there is black, red, yellow, blue, lt blue, green, purple, orange then 8 screen must be made. Wecustom mix and match each color in a paint (ink) bucket. Similar tomixing paint at a home improvement store. The mixing process is doneuntil the color is matched and the formula is noted for future runs.This process is repeated until we have a match for each color in theirown respective bucket. The screen is laid onto the printing board where apiece of vinyl, glass, acrylic etc... will be printed on. One screenand color is laid down at a time. After each color the printed piece isput through a large dryer to bake (harden) the ink. The process is thenrepeated for each color until finished. The inkjet method uses 4 colorsCMYK like a home printer to mix the colors based on the formula youinput.

We specify in our sales if the item is screenprinted or not. Hardly anyone screen prints anymore due to the cost andcomplexity. If their description does not say screen printed, it\'s not!They would be bragging about it.
