Descloizite & Mottramite - Location: Erongo region Namibia. Miniature (see photo for more details). Here we have an attractive and rare specimen of the hydrated lead and copper vanadium oxide mineral mottramite crystals along with some descloizite crystals from Namibia. This is a relatively new find from Namibia. The mottramite forms as sharply formed crystals that have a dark brownish color. The mottramite crystals are lustrous. The descloizite (Pb Zn (VO4)(OH)) crystals are small but sharply formed and are a reddish to reddish-brown color and lustrous.

Thumbnail - thumbnail specimens must fit completely inside an \"imaginary\" 1 inch cube. Look for -THN in our titles.
Miniature - miniature specimens must fit completely inside an \"imaginary\" 2 inch cube. Look for -MIN in our titles.
Small Cabinet - small cabinet specimens must fit completely inside an \"imaginary\" 3 inch cube. Look for -SCB in our titles.
Cabinet - cabinet specimens are those larger than 3 inches. (too large to fit inside a 3 inch cube) Look for -CAB in our titles.
