CANCELATIONS :

I will on very rare exceptions accept cancellation requests if received either within 12 hours or before I ship out the item; whichever comes first. Also if a cancellation is accepted, there will be a 2.9% fee due to the non refundable transaction fee given to sellers. If the fee is refunded by , it will be refunded to the buyer after it is paid, but this is rarely the case.
