Font Choices:
We have available 10 font styles to choose from; to view them, please click on the pictures above. If you have a particular font in mind, let us know and we will try to make it work.
**Personalization**
You must send us your personalization info so we can create a digital proof of your imprint for your approval. We must receive your approval before we can proceed with printing, so please check your messages frequently. Space allows for about 4 lines of text and 25-30 characters per line. Please specify your font, Line 1:, Line 2:, etc. and don't include quotation marks/parentheses unless you want them printed on the pens.*Please note: We are unable to print any message of an inappropriate or vulgar nature.*
Important: Our office is closed over the weekend, so if you place an order Friday evening to Sunday, please know that we will receive the order, and will contact you first thing Monday morning.
**If you need to put a Rush on your order, there will be a fee of $20.00. Rush orders will be printed the same day payment is received (and after you approve a digital proof of your imprint). Your rush order will then be shipped out the next morning.**
Standard Processing time: 7 Business days from the time we receive full payment and get your approval of the proof.
Standard Shipping time: 4-5 days using USPS Priority Mail.
