Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage it is missing the cover the pages are brittle from age and as a result are flaking at the edges the spine is split all the way down on the first page and most of the way down on the other pages the Staples are Rusty it has insect chew and other defects. This is being sold as is for reading purposes only as it is a readable copy.....I would call it around a 0.5 pr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
