1. We are located in Arizona- East coast shipments take a little bit longer with FedEx SmartPost services. We do not ship FedEx to PO Boxes.
2. We can only ship to the / PayPal address which is submitted at the time of your payment. If you wish to ship to an alternative address, please update your PayPal and account prior to making payment. If you forgot to change your address, we review the exception on a case by case basis.
3. We ship within 2-4 business days of receipt of payment. We are setup with for 1-Day Handling time. If your order comes in after 8am on Friday, your shipment will be prepared for shipment on Monday (unless Monday is a holiday, then the shipment will be prepared on Tuesday).
4. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and sometimes PO Boxes - Additional fees AND longer shipment times may apply.
5. United States Post Office (USPS), FedEx and couriers - Please understand that we do not control the courier’s delivery times or costs. For example, Priority Mail is an estimate of 2-3 days; however, according to the USPS the time frame is not a delivery guarantee. The only postage which is guaranteed by the Post Office is Express mail which is very pricey. We only offer Express if you provide a pre-paid shipping label. FedEx Smartpost is a joint venture between FedEx and USPS and can take up to 10 business days for a package to travel from Arizona, to the Bell Garden distribution center in California, then dispatched by semi-truck to the various regions of the United States.
6. Please take into consideration shipping time and costs prior to placing offer. Free shipping is only available in the continental United States.
7. International Shipments are not eligible for free shipping. We use Global Shipping Services. Prior to purchase, please inquire if our weights and measurements are accurate.
