Vintage William Condon & Sons Blanket 100% Wool Orange Charlottetown PEI Canada
Beautiful blanket with very little wear. The quality of this blanket speaks for itself. It has been repaired in one spot, does have discoloration in two other spots (possible stain) and a few little areas where the nap is flattened. Would make a wonderful addition to the cottage, trailer or tent. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need more information.A bit of history: Canadians in Atlantic Canada would buy local sheep\'s wool when they were shorn in the spring, wash it, pick it and mail via Canada Post to William Condon and Sons, PEI, to have blankets made. Prince Edward Island has a rich and renown heritage in textile manufacturing, particularly wool blankets.
