These are the delightful W.S. George collector’s plate series featuring exquisite and elusive North American hummingbird portrayed in glorious garden settings, faithfully re-created from original silk paintings by Lena Liu. Bradex Nos. 84-G20-71.1 thru 84-G20-71.8. These are NOT the miniature plates, these are the full size editions and they are 7 ¾ “ in diameter. Each plate has a 14 carat gold border on the edge. Each plate is specialized even further with a personal thought/quote from Lena Liu, herself.All of the plates are numbered and each of them was limited to a maximum firing period of 150 days.
They are in PERFECT condition, exactly as they came from the Bradford Exchange.
Not in original packaging & NO certificates of authenticity. The plates are as follows: #1 – Ruby-Throated Hummingbird, #2 – Anna’s Hummingbird, #3 – Violet Crowned Hummingbird, #4 – Rufous Hummingbird, #5 – White Eared Hummingbird, #6 - Broad-billed Hummingbird, #7 - Calliope Hummingbird, and #8 - Allen\'s Hummingbird
