A Very Rare Commemorative Shield recording a regular sporting Competitionheld between the 1970's and 1980's in Southern Tasmania, Australia.It is Titled "The Frank Fletcher Memorial Shield" the two teams involvedwere the"Tasmanian Police Association" and"Sutherland United Services Club."The engraved winning plaques cover the years 1976 thru 1982Sadly there is no continuing presence of the two teams.
