Made to the exact standards as used between 1923 and 1928 by the Rocky Mountain Motorists Association, which was an automobile club that took it upon itself to sign the highways of Colorado as a motorist aid. An original of these, complete with the logo of the Rocky Mountain Motorists Inc., would be many thousands of dollars, if it even survives. This sign is a faithful remake to the correct size (18 inches on a side, or about 23 1/4 inches up and down between the rounded top and bottom), and weighs about 8 pounds, 2 ounces. please note that I can make an RMMI sign with any verbiage, destination set, route numbers, etc. inquire about custom orders! This is a high quality, heavy steel sign. Accept no imitations that may be one-third this price, but are one-tenth the quality.
