Cobaltoan smithsonite from Tsumeb is, for many reasons, considered the best of the variety of coloured Smithsonites by many people. Partly for the colour saturation.

The superb crystal shape and luster with gemmy translucent form is an all-round winner. This fine display miniature is a classic example from the late 1990's.
