Throughout this publication, there are handwritten notes made by a practicing medical professional. It is believed this was carried by a doctor during World War II, although there is little information about him. There is also a loose handwritten page of notes.

Measures approximately 4 3/8\" x 7\". 152 Pages.

Please note that pages 17, 30 and 85 are missing.

This book is in vintage condition with heavy wear from use. Pages 1-84 and 86-152 are loose from the binding. The last page is also loose. There is damage to the covers, and it appears that the binding was repaired at one time. Pages have tearing, staining, holes, discoloration, turned corners, creasing, and marks from age, handling and storage. As said, there is writing throughout this publication, apparently made by a physician who utilized this book in practice. There is damage and wear to the binding to include tearing.
