Condition (see definitions below): Near mint, age spots on back, unposted. Pleaselook at scans and use the magnifier, as they are part of thedescription.Mechanical--Wheel turns by hand from side edges to create a kalaidoscopic effect within the large heart. Wheel is attached with a tiny metal grommet.
