Item Description

Here is a nice Chelsea Desk Clock clock for your buying consideration. Would make a great gift or keep it for yourself!

Nice solid brass cased Chelsea Clock here for your decor needs. This is the Embassy model. This clock was made around 2006 based upon the presentation engraving on the top of the case.

A heavy clock for it\'s small size, so lots of brass here. Hinged back door. Has green felt in place on the feet of the clock

A white clock face with black numbering. The seconds, hour and minute hands operate as expected.

Beautiful gold colored finish to the clock. No discoloration or loss of finish. No dings or dents to the case. Some very minor scratching to the clock case finish.

The presentation on the clock is engraved on the top of the case. Says \"Celebrating 20 years 2006 Goldman Sachs\". Battery compartment in the movement is clean, no corrosion going on.

A jewelry store currently has this same make/model clock up online for $500 as does the clock maker\'s online store.

The clock operates on a AA battery that is not included. Theclock is in running condition. So, saying the clock is in running condition at this juncture.The clock movement was made in Germany per what noted on the clock face. Cannot say where the body of the clock was made as no markings were observed.

The clock stands 5-7/8\" tall, by 4-7/8\" across, by 2.5\" wide. The clock face is 2-11/16\" across. Let us know if you have any questions or need additional pictures.

As can be expectedwhen dealing with a vintage clock, some adjustments may be needed aftershipping to get the clock running correctly again as they can be verydelicate. If you have not had experience with old mechanical clocksbefore, we would suggest you steer clear. One really needs to have thepatience, and skill to work with these great works of art. Returns Policy

Returns are accepted by seller within 30 days of receipt of item by buyer. The Buyer will be assessed a 10% restocking fee should they decide to return this item for whatever the reason..
Pleasenote that a restocking fee is charged toto cover costs related to the loss of listing time and other potential sales, plus the amount of care and time that goes into preparing our unique and fragile items for shipping.
