Hand carved in Zimbabwe. These stone Chameleons are one of my favorite small art finds in Zimbabwe. The serpentine stone nicely reflects the true colors of the Chameleon. I personally chose each carving at Newlands Market, outside of Harare.The Chameleon is an indigenous creature of Southern Africa. Hard to see as they blend in with their surroundings, a amazing creature to watch once found.
