This is in Excellent Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Crazing NOTE: there is some paint loss here and there. Very Nice Souvenir Building. This is a hard to find souvenir building replica of the Orange County Regional History Center in downtown Orlando, Florida, a classical Beaux Arts Architecture built in 1927 as the Orange County Courthouse. This finely detailed souvenir building is made of hand-painted ceramic bisque. The base is marked AS-80.
This measures 3 3/4\" High x 7\" Wide at the widest point. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this souvenir building.
