Most importantly, we want you to be happy with your purchase. United States shipping only.
We try hard to accurately describe all of the items we list on E-bay. Always feel free to ask questions. We guarantee our merchandise to be as described. Most importantly, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is ever a problem of any kind, with an item you have purchased, contact us within five days of receiving the item and we will do our best to work it out to your satisfaction. As always, we do appreciate your business. Unfortunately, shipping costs continue to rise. We ship via the U.S. Postal Service. It now costs a minimum of $5.00 to mail even the lightest padded envelope or photo mailer. With the exception of a single patch or single postcard, everything must be shipped as a package. The padded envelopes and photo mailers cost approximately forty cents each. There is also a minimal amount of additional expense for zip lock bags, tape etc. In addition, charges a fee from the stated shipping charges. This is in excess of the final value fee for selling the item. All said, when we charge $5.00 to ship a small item, we are most likely losing twenty or thirty cents.
We ship only within the United States. The problem for us with foreign shipping is that insurance is often not available. When it is available it is expensive. E-bay no longer allows its sellers to charge for insurance. Many sellers have simply raised their shipping charges to cover the cost of insurance. That is not an option with foreign shipping because in order to obtain insurance you have to ship using an upgraded shipping service. The cost is often ten times the cost of US shipping. If an item is lost, and is not insured, all the buyer has to do is request a refund and far more often than not, they will get their money back. Also, foreign shipping requires customs forms. We regret any inconvenience. We will combine shipping when possible.
