Antique Carl Thieme Dresden Porcelain Hand Painted Fluted Cup Saucer Nymphenburg Florals
Very pretty fluted cup and saucer set. No damage. Very good condition. 2 small dots of gold loss on rim but minimal. Hand painted pink daisy or mum with lavender, orange and blue florals.The saucer measures 5.25 inch diameter. Has a gilt dot pattern on rim. Cup measures 3.25 inch height and is 2.75 inch across at top. The gilt pattern on cup rim is different from the saucer gilt pattern but they complement.Saucer is marked with the blue underglaze Nymphenburg mark used from 1895 as well as a red Royal Nymphenburg mark and Germany. The cup is marked with the Carl Thieme Saxonian Factory (Germany) mark of a T and crossed lines used from 1888 to 1901. Lovely fluted and hand painted details on this beautiful set.
