This Spanish Rib Tickler from Cannon Knives is made in the classic tradition and pattern of famous Laguiole knives. This is a modern classic. Napoleon even gave out similar knives to soldiers that were brave in battle. This is a Spanish pattern and the thin, long blade is suitable in the kitchen and for everyday carry with style. The blade is made from 400 series stainless steel with artistic file work on the spine. It has attractive black Pakkawood scales. Measurements: Overall: 9" Blade: 4-1/4"
