This images shows rows of tents at Camp Clatsop in Oregon, which today known as Camp Rilea. (Not to be confused with Fort Clatsop.) If you zoom you can see some people here and there.
Per wikipedia: \"The camp was initially established as Camp Clatsop in 1927 as a summer training area for the Oregon National Guard.In 1959, it was renamed Camp Rilea...In 1940, the camp was federalized for World War II. It was returned to the state in 1947\".The image measures about 3 3/4\" by 9 3/8\".
I do not know if this is technically a RPPC. There are no postcard-related markings on the back (i.e. no stampbox, divided back, etc.). But the paper feel similar to that used in postcards of that period. The text at the bottom front center includes \"Woodfield Photo\" who put out RPPCs in other parts of Oregon.The back has some pencil markings (a math calculation) that you can likely erase if so desired. Two of the corners show a little wear. See photos for details.
