Solvang Buellton Lompoc highway sign. Up for sale today is this Solvang, Buellton, and Lompoc mileage sign. Made to the exact standards as used around 1922-28 by the Auto Club of Southern California in the Beverly Hills area and elsewhere. The original of these, complete with the logo of the Automobile Club of Southern California, would cost many thousands of dollars if it even survives at all. This sign is a faithful remake to the correct size (18 inches on a side, or about 25 1/2 inches up and down between the points), and weighs about 8 pounds, 4 ounces.
