This card is an UNOFFICIAL custom made Pokemon card in near mint condition.

It has been created in limited quantity featuring an intricate textured type of holo foiling. Reminiscent of a stained glass design featuring Lugia.

Card will come well protected in sleeve, hard plastic toploader and cardboard envelope.
